We enjoyed or stay at Flottwell which was clean, a large bathroom & cooking facilities. The staff was very helpful & always quick to reply to my questions. It was a great location with a 10 min walk to the Metro into the city & other parts of Berlin. I would recommend staying at Flottwell Berlin.

Location was excellent for us. two beer gardens with food/music 5 min walk. also to train or bus 5 min walk. We had a great time in Berlin. Only bad thing i can say about comfort our room a/c does not work we were not notified & they know this because there was a small electric fan in room! If you open windows there are no screens to block out anything that flies😮 bed was comfy enough but the pillows yuck they need to upgrade. Overall we would definitely return.

We generally enjoyed our stay at the flottwel. It was good value, but lack of air con might be an issue for some. I loved how the they had free washer and dryer for guests to use (2 of each on the basement). Pods available for purchase at the reception. There could be a wait for machines while others are using them though. Iron and board in the laundry room. The location was safe, fairly quiet and residential, within 1 minute walk of a park, 2 minutes from beer garden, 5 from food options, 15 to Ubahn and sbahn. I was sad they do NOT offer a/c (air conditioning) even though it mentions as an amenity on Google maps. But my fault for not noticing that Expedia dorm not indicate a/c. Beds and linens were very clean, mattresses firm. All items in the room in good working condition. Shower basin was very slippery and walls were high, I was worried is skip and fall. Breakfast was pretty nice, served from 8-10am. I thought it was a little pricey but you have many cold options including overnight oats, meats, cheese, juice, croissant, bread, coffee, tea, milks, some fruit, yogurts, jams. Good communication with the manager.

Clean and quiet, just steps away from a large park, very close to transit as well. In my opinion, ideal for a stay, as the transit connections to go anywhere in Berlin are very close. Friendly staff, I would definitely stay again.

An excellent choice of you are looking for a reasonably priced and somewhat centrally located room with a kitchenette. About a 20 minute walk from Potsdamer Platz, there are a few smaller train stations close by. The unit is spacious, clean and well equipped. The only issue is that there aren't any major supermarkets close by. The closest for me was the Aldi at the Mall of Berlin close to Potsdamer Platz, so I would just get off the train at the end of a day sightseeing, pop into Aldi and buy my groceries for the evening and next day.

We knew that we would not be arriving at the hotel until very late on Friday evening. After communicating this to the hotel they quickly responded by telling us exactly what we needed to do to get our keys to our room after hours. The explanation was both clear and complete allowing us to check into our room without incident. This was very appreciated after a full day of travel which included having to completely rebook our flight and not having some of our luggage arrive at the airport.
