Very friendly and helpful staff. Polite, professional, and helpful. Location is nice, with a few restaurants in immediate proximity. There is a large organic eatery/grocery under the hotel. 10 mins walk to the S/U Bahns. Also, a bus stop is just 2 minutes walking distance.

The room was flawless, and the breakfast was a perfect start to the day. The neighborhood was such a joy to be in. Great people, food, and shopping. It was so charming. I loved it!

The property was not walkable to the train, shopping, or restaurants. Anything you wanted to do you needed to take a taxi. The property was very clean, staff was friendly. The property was either new or newly renovated. All the rooms had wood floors which was great in terms of hygiene. The downside, you could hear the footsteps of the people above you. With each step you could hear the pounding into the floors which made it next to impossible to sleep. For this reason I would not recommend staying here.

Great location and value for money

Great location to explore Berlin. S-Bahn and U-Bahn a short walk away. A nice touch to be given a free drink voucher if not needing to have your room cleaned that day.
