I enjoyed my experience very much at the Ginn City. The staff was extraordinary! Friendly, efficient, helpful, and very welcoming. The room was flawless, and the breakfast was a perfect start to the day. The neighborhood was such a joy to be in. Great people, food, and shopping. It was so charming. I loved it!

The property was not walkable to the train, shopping, or restaurants. Anything you wanted to do you needed to take a taxi. The property was very clean, staff was friendly. The property was either new or newly renovated. All the rooms had wood floors which was great in terms of hygiene. The downside, you could hear the footsteps of the people above you. With each step you could hear the pounding into the floors which made it next to impossible to sleep. For this reason I would not recommend staying here.

Great location and value for money

Great location to explore Berlin. S-Bahn and U-Bahn a short walk away. A nice touch to be given a free drink voucher if not needing to have your room cleaned that day.

Good value....

Overall, the stay was good. Good staff and service. Close to public transit (Bus M19 U-bahn Yorkstrasse), resturants and grocery stores. There is a bar with outdoor seating and paid breakfast. Nice glass shower open view to the room. Stayed on the streetside and it got loud as people were passing by. The mattress was hard and the pillows when I requested hypoallergenic were hard and too big. My main complaint and deter me from booking here again was the cigarette smoke that disprupted my sleep nightly. PLEASE KEEP NON SMOKING ROOMS SMOKE FREE. Consider booking directly
