Conveniently located in town, just steps from the historic museum, Androscogen River, shops and restaurants as well as directly next to the bowling alley, this property offers both charm and convenience. Ride your machines directly from the house, or take advantage of extra parking and trail access at our nearby Eastern Depot Train Station, where you’ll also find playgrounds, a skate park, ball fields, and another great restaurant. You can use our Train Depot location year round to also access snow mobile trails in season.

Booking & Rates
We use dynamic pricing software to reflect demand and group size. Minimum night requirements may apply, especially during peak periods—we generally prefer 3-night stays for weekends and holidays. Please check with us prior to booking to confirm rates and availability.

Seasonal Checkout Policy
From June 15 through Labor Day, checkout is at 10:00 AM to allow our cleaning team enough time for same-day turnovers during our busiest season. With high demand and limited staff, this helps us keep the property ready and up to our standards for each arriving guest.

Our property doesn’t have charging capabilities for electric vehicles however you may be able to use the outdoor outlet. Please make sure to get our approval prior so we can monitor in case of any issues and the fee will be $15/night.

Since we use independent cleaner and maintenance companies that make their own schedule, we can not guarantee an early check in or late check out. If you wish to request an early or late check in/out, please reach out the day of your arrival or departure. We may have to charge a $25 fee to coordinate with the cleaner and maintenance companies to adjust their schedule. We often have same day check in and out, so if you would like to secure an early check in or late check out in advance, it will require us to block and adjust the rate for an additional night.

We may require a community deposit for your stay to make sure the community regulations are followed.
