Great location to transport, dining, sites and shopping. Female staff at reception rude and not helpful. Male staff excellent. Beds sag in middle, need update, room large and spacious, bathroom large, but shower small and unable to shave legs (for all those female travelers). Overall good stay and would stay again.

Very disappointed

Clean room, well located but staff very unengaging and unfriendly… no coffee and tea in room, a lot of noise at night I.e constant trams up and down, air con in room very noisy, no iron or ironing board in room, pillows felt soft inflatable balloons.. on the plus side the cleaning lady was awesome, was very friendly- my stay included breakfast but because the staff were so unfriendly at our arrival we got put off so didn’t once come down for breakfast, had it out instead- very pricey hotel and don’t get much - so unfortunately will not be staying here again.

The hotel location was great for ease of getting around. Centrally located. Inside the hotel was very clean and nice. The area around it seemed to be under construction.

This hotel is awesome! Prime location, easy access to Alexanderplatz, the metro and trams, and in a very walkable area of Berlin. AC was a nice bonus too, and the shower and bathroom was very nice.

The beds were comfortable but the sofa bed was just acceptable. The location was superb. The room was pretty basic. The photographs online make it look better than it is. If you are looking for a central Berlin base and are only planning on sleeping here, it will be great. Lots of lovely cafes nearby. We didn’t drink or dine at the hotel.

Nice stay neat Alexanderplatz

Pleasant stay. Hotel staff were always polite and helpful. Decent breakfast. Location is near transport links which was great. But not a picturesque area. Mainly office blocks and other hotels.

The location is good,not far from underground or main station(alexander plates). The room was the right size and a shower area ok. Theres a choice of restaurants around and shopping areas for your needs. My first time in Berlin.
