There is a homeless encampment on the 100 ft from the entrance with a lot of trash. Besides that the location is good.

Heating could be better, street is pretty noise and central AC in the room as well. But room is very clean with comfort bed and nice bathroom. The staff is very kind and friendly. Good breakfast.

Great Location and Fabulous Breakfast!

Second stay here. So handy for the U bahn S Bahn Trams & Bahnhof. Breakfast amazing and staff are very helpful. We will probably stay here agin when we next visit.

Soundproofing Could be Better

I would have rated H+ with 5 stars if it were not for the sound outside my street facing room, which unfortunately impacted my sleep quality. The hotel’s central location also means it is on both a main tram line and Ubahn route, which inherently generates noise. Aside from the sound, the breakfast buffet was very good. Service and front desk staff were polite and helpful. The room had a coffee/tea maker set-up, which I always appreciate. Location was ideal for me, as it was a quick tram ride to the Hbf, and the Ubahn station was a half block away. I’ve stayed at other H+ locations and am overall a fan of this brand. I would stay here again if I could get an interior room instead.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Check-in was easy and the people at reception spoke English which was very helpful to us. Rooms were clean and nicely laid out. The bar fridge was pleasantly tall for bigger bottles. Only down side was that the temperature controls in room didn't work very well so it was often hot. We did open the windows which helped at night time. The buffet included with the room was a real highlight. They had a wonderful selection of warm and cold food. Staff were really attentive with clearing plates and making sure food levels stayed stocked. Hotel was nicely located to public transport. We caught the train/tram from the central station with suitcases with no issues. There is a grocery store right next door which was convenient for picking up snacks and drinks.

The staff were very helpful Breakfast was ok. Very convenient with public transportation. The outside of the hotel is kinda filthy because they're a couple homeless around. We will still recommend this to our friends.
