Sadly, due to a last minute flight cancellation due to industrial action at Berlin airport we didn't manage to stay at the hotel. The reservations team aren't available over the weekend which makes it difficult to sort any last minute issues. Once we did manage to contact them they confirmed we would be charged 90% of the full B&B cost and could not transfer our booking to a later date. As a result we lost over £360. Before booking this hotel be sure to check all the terms and conditions very carefully - and note this hotel will allow no discretion regardless of circumstances.

H4 was Great Location for Sightseeing Berlin

Fantastic stay in Alexanderplatz. Room was very comfortable. Breakfast was over the top -- something for everyone. I have never seen so much tantalizing food at a breakfast buffet! It was about a 2 kilometres walk to Brandenburg Gate, but you can walk on Unter Von Linden passing Museum Island, or walk a few streets over for checkpoint Charlie.

This the second time I have stayed at this hotel and it is excellent. The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location with excellent transport links. Buffet breakfast is very good and there are plenty of places to eat near by. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Super Hotel. Lovely staff.
