Trip to Berlin decided to go rural and take train into Berlin. Great location, amazing facilities, could not have chosen anything better.
Bit of down time from the hussle and bussle of Berlin.

Not for tourists- but a nice resort

We booked this without realizing it was so far away from Berlin. We did have a car- but the hotel had no tourist pamphlets, maps, and spoke minimamal english. This place is out in the middle of no where- and for perople who had planned to be in Berlin- we had to drive in adn then take transit. The rooms do not have wi-fi which is unacceptable, there is nothing that is free- even the coffee isn the room is charge (even though you don't this until you get the bill). The restaurant is fine- again there is no english- and it is quite expensivce for what you get. I had a burger- and the lettuce had not been washed tere were bugs on it. There is a fee to use any of the amenities- gym, mini golf, squash etc. In all my travels not one hotel was so nickle and diming. If I am staying at your hotel i should ahve free access to your amenties. I would not recommend this to a tourist who did npot speak Deutsch. The one star i will give them is the young girl Elizabeth at the front Desk was AMAZING. She spoke enough english to help us out, and she went out of her way to help, she made suggestions of things to do,a dn helped us plan our travel into the city. Without her, we would have really struggled.

Wir erhielten ein Zimmer ohne Balkon, obwohl wir Ć¼ber Expedia mit Balkon gebucht hatten. Der Fehler wurde auf Expedia geschoben. Einen Tag spƤter bekamen wir dann ein freigewordenes Balkonzimmer. Am vereinbarten zweiten Tag wurde das Zimmer aber nicht gereinigt.

Schƶnes Sporthotel mit Abstrichen beim frĆ¼hstĆ¼cke

Sehr schƶne Anlage mit mehreren TennisplƤtzen groƟes Fitnessstudio und Sauna. Ich hatte ein Holzhaus sehr gerƤumig. Leider kein kostenloses Wasser auf dem Zimmer. FrĆ¼hstĆ¼ck ganz ordentlich aber kein Schinken und nur 3 Sorten Brƶtchen.

Werde ich auf jeden Fall wieder buchen

Ich hatte ein Blockhaus mit Doppelbett Schreibtisch, 2 Sessel im Raum und drei Sitzgelegenheiten mit Tisch auf der Terrasse. Es gab ein groƟes Fitnessstudio und tolle Sauna die auch von externen Personen genutzt werden konnten. Der groƟe Parkplatz war kostenlos. Das FrĆ¼hstĆ¼ck war gut kƶnnte aber etwas abwechslungsreicher sein.

Die Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption weigerte sich, unsere zwei Zimmer nebeneinander zu platzieren! Erst nach heftigen Diskussionen war es mƶglich? Unvermƶgen oder Lustlosigkeit? Die Zimmer wurden nicht gereinigt, das stand zwar im Zimmer auf einer Karte, ist aber bei den Zimmerpreisen nicht akzeptabel! Ein dritter Federball fĆ¼r 5 Personen wurde nicht herausgegeben! Nicht erlaubt! Der junge Mann an der Rezeption war sehr nett! Das entschƤdigt aber nicht fĆ¼r den Ƅrger!

Un complex sportif avec un hotel. Jā€™ai eu un bungalow spacieux, trĆØs propre, avec une mini terrasse. Malheureusement, jā€™avais rĆ©servĆ© une chambre avec un Ā«Ā lit doubleĀ Ā» mais jā€™ai eu un lit avec 2 matelas simples: lā€™hotel nā€™a que Ƨa apparemment. Certains diraient que cā€™est la mĆŖme chose. Je leur rĆ©ponds Ā«Ā allez achetez un matelas double dans un magasin et le vendeur veut vous vendre 2 matelas simples Ć  la place: vous achetez?Ā Ā». Aussi, il nā€™y a pas dā€™eau plate ou mĆŖme du cafĆ© offert dans la chambre. Finalement, le petit-dĆ©jeuner est digne dā€™un 2 Ć©toiles, voir 3 au max - pas un 4 Ć©toile.
