Building is unassuming from the outside but on the inside is very large and quite pretty. Our room was clean and the staff were very attentive and kind. Tons of food options in the area and very close to the main train station.

Great location and does the job

The location is brilliant. It was straightforward to get too by train and was close to lots of shops. The room was clean but there was a smell of smoke for the first few days. The breakfast was good with a good selection and the staff were friendly

The small add-on elevator has glass walls. Terrible idea for people with a fear of heights and does not go to top floor. Rugs on stairs ripped. Staff was friendly. No variety day-to-day with the breakfast. Hotel is kept very clean. Neighborhood is a bit run down. The Charlottenburg train station is right across the street. Great shopping area a block away. I would avoid this hotel for another visit.
