Wenn man keine Ansprüche an Sauberkeit,Service und leckeres Frühstück hat,ist man richtig.Dieses Hotel hat niemals 3 Sterne verdient.Die Betten haben Flecken,sowie auch der Teppich.Röhrenfernsehen mit 30cm Durchmesser,soviel zu zeitgemäße Einrichtung.Amaturen völlig verkalkt,Handtücher und Fußläufer mit Löchern sollen wohl zur besseren Belüftung sorgen.Zimmermädchen kommen ohne zu Fragen ins Zimmer,Schilder für die Türen gibt es nicht,Türschloss defekt.Betten extrem weich,Rückenschmerzen vorprogrammiert. Selbst die Gardienen sind mit Flecken übersehen.Also rund um eine Katastrophe.Für Kinder ist dieses Hotel absolut nicht geeignet,nicht mal Frühstück wäre für sie da.

Das Hotel liegt inmitten eines Wohn- bzw. Gewerbeblocks und ist etwas schwierig zu lokalisieren. Parkmöglichkeiten auch schwierig. Entgegen der Internetangabe dass man bis 23.00 Uhr einchecken kann, lautete die Info vom Portier, dass dieses bis 21.00 Uhr geschehen solle und man dieses telefonisch nochmals voranmelden müsse. Er war es auch, den man nach dem CIdann um genau 23.00 Uhr schnellen Schrittes das Gebäude verlassen sah. Die Sauberkeit auf dem Zimmer, speziell dem Fußboden war unterirdisch. Das WC war etwas besser gereinigt; ob dieses dem Standard entspricht, kann ich nicht beurteilen, wahe es jedoch zu bezweifeln. Ebenso kann ich nicht beurteilen, wie und in welchem Umfang die Minibar (Bestückung mit je einer 0,33er Flasche Cola, Fanta, Sprite und Wasser) und die Fernsehausstattung (gefühlte 30x30cm mit flackerndem Bild) dem Standard der entsprechenden Buchungen entsprachen. Fazit: Gefühlt für ein deutsches Hotel Lichtjahre zu wenig. -> nicht wieder und keine Empfehlung!

keine kalten getränke zur verfügung. allerdings beim ersten frühstück war der kaaffe kalt. mageres frühstück. beim letzten frühstück waren keine eierer mehr vorhanden mit der begründung es wären zu viele gäste da. der tv hat die größe einer zigarren schachtel.mehere brandfecken in der causch.beim betteenmachen wurden weder die kopfkissen noch die bettlacken glatt gestrischen. auch die bettwäsche wurde nicht gewecheselt. der frühstücks raum war sehr verstaubt. die vorhange teilwese oben herausgerissen. das hotel wird wohl überwiegend von personen genutzt die nur 1 übernachtuntung buchen. das hoteldient nur zur abschreibung bitte endschuldigen sie meine schrift aber ich bin leider schwerbehindert. ich kann mir ein urteil erlauben ich bin 45 jahre auf der ganzen welt in hotels gewesen

Übernachtungsmöglichkeit während eines Seminars

Ich war eine Nacht in diesem Hotel untergebracht, weil ich ein Seminar an der Hochschule besucht habe. Das Zimmer war gemütlich, wobei ich die Möglichkeit vermisst habe, Kaffee zu kochen. Weil die Minibar aufgefüllt war, was das aber kein Problem. Nachts war es in meinem Zimmer (Fenster zum BergWerk) etwas laut, da vorm Fenster Musik lief und ein Restaurant ziemlich viele Gäste hatte. Gestört hat mich das nicht wirklich, da die Fenster gut isoliert sind und das die Nähe zur Stadt einfach mit sich bringt. Super fand ich das angegliederte Parkhaus. Mein Auto hätte ich nicht draußen stehen lassen wollen. Preis-Leistung ist absolut angemessen. Ich komme wieder!

Dieses Hotel nie wieder, eine Zumutung

Bei der Anreise durften wir erst nach 15:00 Uhr unser Hotelzimmer beziehen, statt 14:00 Uhr. Zimmer auf dem ersten Blick ok, bei näherem hinsehen sah man auf dem Bett Flecken, Glas in der Anrichte total schmutzig, Sofa mit Brandflecken. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption informierten uns nicht, dass an den Wochenenden 24 Stunden Disco im Center ist. So wurden wir die ganze Nacht mit Bum Bum Bässen beschallt. Die Fensterscheiben und das Mobiliar vibrierten. An Schlaf war nicht zu denken. Gegen 6:30 Uhr flüchteten wir dann zum Frühstück. Wo die nächste Enttäuschung auf uns wartete. Keine freundliche Begrüßung, nur eine genervte Angestellte. Als Gäste wurden wir missachtet. So nahmen wir uns vom total geplünderten Frühstücksbufett was noch da war. Es war keine schöne Atmosphäre, da wir hier wieder mit unangemessener Musik beschallt wurden. Neben uns überall schmutzige und unaufgeräumte Tische. Bei der Bezahlung bat ich die Mitarbeiterin des Hauses uns bei diesen Mängeln mit dem Preis entgegen zu kommen. Dieses lehnte sie ab und sagte mir : Wir haben selber Schuld, schließlich haben wir über Expedia gebucht. Sind wir deshalb Gäste 2. Wahl? Ich bitte Sie diese Sache zu klären. Ich erwarte dass uns vom Übernachtungspreis ein entsprechender Teil zurück erstattet wird. Das Hauspersonal verwies mich auf Expedia die dafür zuständig sind.
