Welcome to this beautifully decorated country house with a garden, barbecue, ping-pong table, and pool table. The city centre is a 15-minute train or car ride away. Are dogs welcome? They can run around in the nearby forest. The cottage has a rustic (country-style) decor, with a stereo system and a TV. Up to five people can stay in two spacious rooms. The kitchen is fully equipped. The bathroom has a shower and a bathtub.<br>We offer private guided tours of the city by car and provide insider tips on attractions. The area features a go-kart track, many restaurants serving local and international cuisine, as well as bars and clubs. There are two swimming pools and the Friedrichsfelde Zoo within walking distance. A ferry service is just a few minutes’ drive away, and the Spree is a five-minute walk away. Parking is free on the property. Up to 7 bicycles. Our guests keep coming back time and time again.<br><br>Many visit the nearby radio station, which is within walking distance.<br><br>Additional information: The house is wheelchair-accessible since there are no steps and everything is on one level. Near the property, there is a good tennis club. A leisure and recreation centre for children, teens, and adults is located in the area surrounding the holiday home (FEZ), featuring a swimming pool, the Astronaut Centre, a theatre, and a sports centre. Here, too, classes in various artistic disciplines are offered: pottery, mosaics, etc. The zoo, with its rare animal species and botanical garden, is a 10-minute walk or a 15-minute tram ride away. The first-division football team FC Union regularly plays at the “Alte Förster” stadium, a ten-minute drive from our home. Rock, pop, and other music concerts at the Fesi Amphitheatre and the Karlshorst Sports Arena—both of which are right next door—are great alternatives. Hiking trails are right next to the holiday home. A bike rental service has been set up right here.
