The equipment in the room is a bit old. Switch for the shower head and bath tap was hard to control and water leaked. The breakfast restaurant was really crowded when there were conferences. I was asked to share a table… Air con in the room works well. I really like the smell of the shower gel and shampoo. Convenient and safe location. Service was ok.

The Hotel reception, lobby staff, restaurant/dining were all friendly and professional. The check in was quick. The lobby was beautiful and inviting as were the bar and public areas. Our hotel room was spacious and very comfortable (inner room view not that great but it didn’t matter.. the hotel was lovely.) The breakfast room is beautiful with a lovely stain glass dome and the choice was amazing.. literally anything/everything you could ask for including chef cooked omelettes. Excellent. The hotel location is near the Zoo (very close) walkable to the stores, lots of restaurants (10mins), transport (bus stop) is outside.. a taxi always available out front.. the Tiergarten is walkable.. for us a great location. A lovely visit..

Ideal for my stay,staff were helpful and friendly, however there was an attempt to scam my son, when someone put there sauna, food and drink onto his room, not sure how yhis could happen in this day and age, person claimed to know us, and asked for there purchases to be put on iur room? Lovely hotel, beautiful room, fabulous breakfast. Only downside was having to pay extra to use the pool, but certainly worth it.

I had NO IDEA when I booked my package how amazing this property would be. From the moment I arrived they greeted me in a way that made me feel so welcome and special. I immediately relaxed. The whole hotel is clean and seemed new and modern. The elevator, the bathroom in my room the beds, tv, carpet the whole room was comfortable clean, safe, and they had everything and anything I needed. I forgot my my converter from the US but because they had USBs built in I was able to charge my devices without missing a beat. They had excellent wifi and a great restaurant bar attached that I frequented several times. There is a bus stop close by (across from the hotel and you could walk down to clubs, coffee, foods, and shopping within 5-10 minutes. I will definitely stay here again! One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at!

Modern hotel, very well appointed, very well run. Rooms large and comfy. Lovely pool. 10 minute walk from the zoo with U and S-Bahn connections. On S9 line direct from Brandenberg airport.

A daily fee for the spa area seemed over the top, versus one time payment. And some spa facilities were unavailable. Other than that, it’s a great hotel.
