Good sized room, but the furniture and bathroom are quite dated and the carpet is very tired. They’ve used a fair bit of poetic licence with the “city view” descriptor too because your only view is directly into the office block on the opposite side of the street. They’re also very cheap and frugal with their in-house coffee which is irritating for a place in this price range. Staff are efficient yet hardly welcoming. But it’s close to the station and in a good area. It wasn’t bad but nor would I stay again as they are many other better places in the price range.

This hotel is very close to transit and walking distance to most of the main attractions. The buffet breakfast was very good with lots of options. My only criticism is that the hotel needs an update. The carpet in the hallway was dirty and in the hotel room it was a plastic like indoor/outdoor carpet laid over concert and it was stained. We did ask for slippers and they were provided.

Great hotel, we really enjoyed our stay especially as we were in a Level room (club room). This meant we had access to The Level lounge with great views over the river. The breakfast in the lounge was extensive and really delicious including cooked and continental. Snacks during the day included bottomless teas and coffees, soft drinks. Between 3-6pm there were little cakes and biscuits. From 6pm-9pm, the bar opened with bottomless wines, beers, spirits etc as well as savoury tapas selections. Highly recommended.

Lovely hotel - we had a room overlooking the garden area so the room was lovely and quiet. Great location and easy to walk to all the local sightseeing highlights. Air conditioning amazing in the room and a very spacious bathroom. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

I liked the friendly and helpful staff. I loved the Tapas Bar, its food, and drinks. Two minor things turned out to be irritating: The bathroom door in our room stubbornly didn't want to close completely unless you slammed it shut. Also, those door hangers are poorly designed and don't stay on the door handle. They always drop down to the floor.

I would recommend this hotel for any tourist in Berlin. It is quiet, welcoming, clean and convenient to transportation and most of the sights are within walking distance. The buffet breakfast was plentiful and excellent. Staff was very, very helpful and friendly. I would give it a ten for location, atmosphere, cleanliness and convenience.
