Not a 4 star hotel.

The staff were not welcoming at all. Despite the fact I had called ahead and arranged an early check in (at a surcharge) I spent 4 hours waiting for a room. At no stage were the staff engaging, welcoming or courteous. The hotel restaurant was pathetic to say the least. The staff were rude, the meals were cold and even asking for the bill was a hassle. I would never recommended this hotel to a friend.
