There was not a single thing I could find fault with this hotel. Immaculate decor everywhere with high end fixtures and fittings throughout the hotel and its rooms. Only a very short walk to the U-bahn and other trains made it a fantastic place to have as a base to get around Berlin. Definitely recommend this place!

Everything was perfect .. as expected from this hotel. It looks pretty just from the outside already.. and same from the inside.! The check in took no more than a few minutes, since you have to do it yourself (with assistance from reception) Next time I will try out the breakfast / or dinner since it looks nice too . The bed was so comfy. Nothing to complain about.

The room was not as clean as one would wish. The floor was definitely not cleaned before our visit. The scrambled eggs were not warm the first morning and the bacon was missing. The sausages looked old and shabby, as if they would have been heated from the morning before.

Very comfortable.

Very comfortable room, other than the ac which is not cool enough and not adjustable. Everything else about the hotel was great though, and the breakfasts are well worth it. Great location too, easy to get around.

The rooms were mostly clean save for seeing the occasional silverfish. Bathroom fan ventilation was not optimal taking a while to air out, the design of the standing shower doors would sometimes leak water into the rest of the bath room. Room is excellent with coffee and tea. Shampoo and conditioner provided, no lotion Gym is only open 13:00 - 22:00, which made it useless for me and info was not known at time of booking. Unable to get gym fee refunded. Breakfast was ok, but nothing special and choices were ok, but had much better at orher hotels. For a 21EUR charge i would expect more. On expedia breakfast charge is 45$. Cheaper to order at check in. Overall the room was very nice and front desk staff helpful and accommodating. I would stay again.
