Marvelous location for access to art museums and the Philharmonie concert hall. This is a wonderful, well managed hotel that met our every need graciously. Scandinavian themed archicteture and frequent presence of moose add to the atmosphere.

Check in was so easy and polite, I was a bit disoriented for a minute or two. In a world of endless passwords and verification, I forgot it could be that simple if friendly people are paying attention. Great place to stay.

It was clean, staff were friendly and helpful and the location was ideal for transport being only a 7 mins walk to the Potsdamer Plaza with its multiple transport options. Most of the key attractions were within walking distance. The only slight gripe was that we had to ask for extra sachets of coffee (2 sachets of normal coffee were provided. Overall it was good value for money for the 4day stay.
