The friendly front desk staff were always ready for great dining tips - none of their recommendations disappointed 👍. Very clean hotel in a great location to many of Berlins sights (walking distance). Would definitely stay again should we visit Berlin.

Exceptional apartment in great central location. Large rooms in our suite, all with high quality finishings throughout. Surrounded by nice restaurants, shops and some lovely bakeries. Anti at front desk was warm, gracious, and welcoming! He gave us plenty of information and answered any questions throughout our stay. The apartment is in outstanding condition, with public transportation, shops, and plenty of restaurants nearby.

The staff were wonderful. As soon as we were checking in the Receptionist upgraded us to the Excutive Suite! The room was AMAZING!! There is a very good restaurant attached to the hotel. Great location. Close to the train station and many of the historical places. My only negative remakes are the front office is not open 24 hours. If you need help after hours there is a security office with a guard that is able to help you including giving you another key to your room if you lose yours. Very nice man but spoke little English. Also I was never able to get someone to answer the "wake up call" request line. Staying here made my time in Berlin even better.

Great location with very nice large rooms each as a two room apartments. Wonderful knowledgeable front desk hostess. Unfortunately couldn’t get any sleep. Very warm spring in Berlin but air conditioning is off till summer??? No air in the room. Opening windows helps a little bit but our room was facing the street plus it was hard to have a comfortable temperature in the room. Air conditioning was the reason we picked this hotel!!! Very hard beds with very soft pillows also very uncomfortable.
