Getting to the hotel was easy - it's only a hundred metres from the Weinmeisterstrasse stop on the U-Bahn. Access to the hotel and to our room was easy using the PIN code provided. The room was a good size with a good bathroom, and everything was clean, tidy and quiet. This is a great location for anyone staying in Berlin for a few nights. It's a 5-minute walk from Alexanderplatz, and everything in Berlin is easily accessible.

An excellent place to stay in Berlin. The room is spacious and clean. The check-in instructions were easy. It is very close to the Musume Island by 10 mins walk and S and U lines are steps away. The central station is 2 stops by S line. There are a lot of restaurants around and Alexanderplatz is in walking distance or one stop by S line. It is highly recommended.

Loved the idea of this hotel, very easy to check in and out, everything we needed like towels, coffee, etc can be found in the main lobby. Room was spacious and TV was huge. Laundry in the location was super helpful and its in a very convenient area surrounded by things to do and restaurants. I will be staying with Numa from now on, loved it!

My wife and I (both mid-50's) loved this property. It was perfect for our 3 night visit to Berlin to see friends. Berlin is/can be an expensive place, and good accommodations are difficult to find sometimes. Included picture is looking our of our room's window. Numa was very clean, reasonably priced, and uses modern methods of access, payment, etc. No staff. You use an application that you download to your phone. We opted for a larger room which was perfect, simple and clean. The toilet was in a sperate small room (with door) from the bathroom where the walk-in shower and bathroom sink were. There was a mini-fridge to keep our left-overs fresh, and a HUGE television that we watched some of the Women's World Cup on. The interior is completely newly built, and very secure. The glass elevator made it easy to move our luggage around. "Breakfast" if you order it, is delivered in a box to your door. Simple fare; some yogurt, muesli and an orange juice. Don't expect a Continental Breakfast; this is just a simple breakfast in a box. The room had a Nespresso machine and a hot water kettle with both coffee and tea provided. While you stay, no daily cleaning; like renting an apartment. Location is PERFECT. This is right in the very lively Mitte area which we found to be very occupied by younger folks. The Weinmeister U-Bahn station is RIGHT THERE. Parking? Forget it. We parked at the Parkhaus Rathauspassagen (15 min walk) 24-hour, $20/day. Cash only at the card machine.

Communication and check-in was smooth and easy. My room was really nice with an amazing skyline view. I had a wonderful stay and was very happy there. Refrigerator and coffee/tea makers provided with supplies.

NUMA HAS SENT YOU A MESSAGE: BUT it does not seem to be the expected message of APOLOGY for the shockingly dishonest practice of accepting reservations for a stay in your hotel, during a period when access was entirely IMPOSSIBLE-- interrupted by construction under way to the Weinmeisterstrasse UBahn station—as well as for the early AM—8 AM !-- noise of construction ! LET alone for not saying UP FrONT that the NUMA is an unserviced hotel, and never even sending information, with a confirmation receipt, on how even to open a door to your unserviced lobby ! Without the exceptionally kind assistance of the reception staff at your next-door “neighbor,” at Hotel Casa Camper, we never would have managed to get into our noisy street-facing room in the NUMA--LEET ALONE get into the lobby ! SO I can only quote Edgar Allen Poe, when I say that “NEVERMORE”would I stay at a NUMA property, let alone recommend it to anyone ! NEVER AGAIN ! DR Eleanor Sims

Terrible experience – avoid at all costs The rooms are spacious, but that’s the only positive thing I can say. There’s no housekeeping service, even for stays longer than 3 nights, no fresh towels, no cleaning, nothing. The luggage lockers are way too small, and the hotel offers no alternative solution. The staff on site doesn’t speak English and is extremely rude. If you try calling customer support for help, don’t bother, they’re completely useless. The staff is incompetent. Major construction is going on all along the street, and it’s not mentioned anywhere by the hotel. Avoid this place like the plague.

We stayed for two nights and really enjoyed the location—lots of great restaurants and shopping nearby. There was an issue with the handwashing sink not working properly. Management was responsive and tried to fix it the next day, but unfortunately it couldn’t be resolved in our timeframe. They offered to move us to another room or give us a 10% refund, which we felt was a fair solution. Overall, a good stay with helpful staff.
