Bed w/o breakfast in outer area of Berlin

Great location on walking distance of 2 fairly good and fair priced restaurants (Il Castello, which we tried ourselves). Restaurant Zum Speicher also has a good review, from the subway (station Berlin-Buch is on walking distance. From berlin-Buch to Alexanderplatz is by S2-U2 only a 40 minutes ride, change at Pankow). Villa-Hufeland has all necessary amenities, but no breakfast (frühstück). Coffee and tea in the morning is lacking, this would help for the first morning. A large Kaufland supermarket is very near. There is free parking upfront and free wifi is available. If they would organize the garden, it would be a great asset to look at. I can recommend Villa-Hufeland.

If you are looking for a place with character, this is the place! Not one of these sterile hotel rooms, but a home, where the owners really put tought and art in the rooms. Good location too. with the S-banh you're in Berlin centre in less than an hour. Big shop nearby, some good restaurants (Italian, Asian) and very quiet. Totally to be recommended, especially when you travel with youner kids.
