Four adults stayed at this peaceful location.There is a master bedroom with king bed and attached bathroom and two smaller rooms with queens and a hall full bathroom.I loved that the house was designed with windows that let you feel a part of nature, with views east, west, north and south. If there were a downside, it’s a long way to Hannaford’s when you need a grocery store. It’s about a 30 min drive to Acadia. We found some good spots to explore closer by, though, when endless lines at the most popular spots tried our patience during the peak travel season. We enjoyed our time in Tremont/Bernard in this carefully thought out and beautifully appointed home.

We enjoyed the quiet location of this property. The home had a hip vibe and everything we needed. The beds were super comfy! The rental was between 30-45 minutes to either Cadillac Mtn, Jordan’s Pond or Bar Harbor (Sunset Cruise). We enjoyed the homes suggested local hiking trails within the Nat’l Park (to include a tide pool) to explore on our quieter days. We chose to eat at The Upper Deck, about 10-15 minutes from the rental, a couple of times because the water views, service, fresh good food (salad with salmon and fish and chips) close to “home” and less crowded. No wait list. Grateful the owners shared their home!
