Beautiful one-room apartment in quiet, idyllic, preferred residential area at the foot of the mountains with magnificent mountain views at Lake Chiemsee. The apartment offers enough space for 2 people. The apartment has a living-bedroom area with kitchen and a bathroom.

Bicycle and walking trails as well as hiking and mountain tours can be started directly from the house, to the Chiemsee with steamer pier you have by ship connection to the Frauen- u. Herreninsel, but it can also be booked Chiemsee tours around the whole lake, furthermore, you can reach in a few minutes the town center with various shops, cafes, pharmacy and medical center, family indoor swimming pool "BernaMare" with sauna world, in the beautiful quiet park the Kneipp facility and the mini golf course, the climbing gym, the tennis and squash facility with gastronomy.
