The entire property is lovingly furnished and reserved exclusively for our guests. <br><br>Surrounded by nature and numerous hiking trails, it offers the ideal starting point for discovering the beauty of the Eifel and its many attractions.<br><br>Our property is professionally managed by a rental service in the Eifel. Communication takes place through our service provider, SpotlessHost. <br><br>We live nearby and are very open-minded. Whether guests prefer privacy or would rather interact with us is entirely up to them. Thanks to the smart check-in system, you can enter the property independently and contactlessly.<br><br>Berndorf is located between Hillesheim and Kerpen in the Vulkaneifel Nature Park. Around 500 people live in Berndorf. The accommodation is situated on the outskirts of town and is in a particularly quiet location. We recommend the “Komoot” app. There you’ll find a wide variety of pre-planned and custom hiking routes. From Oberbettingen and Gerolstein, you have access to Germany’s extensive rail network.<br>House Rules:<br><br>1. Inventory and Damage<br>We ask that you treat our inventory with care and return used dishes to the cabinets only when they are clean and dry. Damage to furniture and furnishings can happen and is often easily repaired. Please notify us immediately of any damage that occurs. <br><br>2. Noise Levels and Quiet Hours<br>Please be considerate of our neighbors and keep noise levels in the holiday rental at a reasonable volume, especially when playing music or watching TV. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM.<br><br>3. Visitors<br>Your visitors are welcome in our holiday rental at any time for short periods. However, it is not permitted to allow unregistered guests to stay overnight in the holiday rental. If the number of guests changes, please inform us in a timely manner so that we can prepare the holiday rental accordingly.<br><br>4. Smoking<br>Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the entire property.<br>Smoking is only permitted in the fully open outdoor area. Please keep doors and windows closed to prevent smoke from entering the house.<br>If a smoke odour does develop in the holiday rental, we will have to charge you for the resulting special cleaning costs (e.g., ozone treatment).<br><br>5. Pets<br>Dogs are welcome in our holiday rental. If you plan to bring more than two dogs, you must contact us to make individual arrangements. Unfortunately, cats are not permitted. Please be sure to report any damage caused by your pet to us. <br><br>6. Security and Valuables<br>Always close all windows and the front door before leaving the holiday rental, and be sure to turn off all electronic devices
