Nossa estadia foi ótima, a casa é exatamente como nas fotos, limpa e com uma estética impecável. Faço ressalvas para o horário de check in que foi algo que incomodou um pouco, embora tenhamos tido uma compensação no check out. A Roberta é super atenciosas e ajudou em tudo que precisamos. A sala faz um pouco de calor porque não tem ar mar a casa dispõe de ventiladores. No geral,foi tudo incrível e pretendemos voltar em breve.

Uma estadia muito agradável

Passamos ótimos dias, a casa é exatamente como nas fotos ou até melhor. Viajei com idosos e crianças e a estrutura do local ajudou muito, principalmente as 3 swites e toda a modernidade da casa. A área externa é uma delícia e muita natureza em volta. Usamos a praia de Guaratuba mesmo, entrando pelo condomínio C, praia limpa e sossegada, ideal para crianças. Voltaremos!

Viagem em família

A estadia na casa da Roberta e do Renato foi excelente! Passamos otimos momentos em família e todo mundo ja quer voltar novamente. A casa é tão bonita quanto nas fotos, tudo novo e parece que foi pensada exatamente para atender todas as necessidades de uma estadia na praia. Tudo o que precisamos, tinha por lá, incluindo todos os itens de cozinha necessarios para fazer comida para nossa família. Fora que a área da churrasqueira que é super completa também. Talvez o unico ponto para um dia de muito calor seja a falta de ar condicionado, mas durante os dias que ficamos lá, isso nao fez falta. O grande diferencial da estadia foi a mata que fica na parte de tras da casa. Vimos diversos tucanos, passarinhos como tiês-sangues e diferentes saíras. O condomínio é bastante tranquilo e nos sentimos seguros. No entanto, a sugestao para quem está indo é levar o que será utilizado, porque os mercados grandes são longe e dentro do condomínio só irão achar itens essenciais e em valor muito mais caro.

Lugar muito agradável e acolhedor

Passamos 4 dias na casa. E foi tudo muito bom. Desde os primeiros contatos com a proprietária, sempre respondendo com agilidade. Já conhecíamos a praia e o condomínio. A casa da Renata é muito boa, nova , ampla, limpa e bem distribuída. A área de lazer externa é muito boa e gostosa. Vamos voltar!

A casa é ótima, tudo muito arrumado... tem equipamentos e utensílios muito bacanas e novos, da pra sentir o carinho que disponibilizam para quem alugar se sentir confortável. A atenção, cordialidade e hospitalidade dos proprietários são especiais. Detalhes da recepção de um hotel, porém no conforto de uma casa. Muito rápido e fácil de ir à praia de carro. O tão bem falado bolo de banana com castanha, é realmente especial. Obrigada aos proprietários por toda atenção.

Nossa estadia na casa foi excelente. Que lugar impecável tudo muito bonito, arrumado e limpo. A natureza na parte de trás da casa é impressionante com vários pássaros e borboletas que passam durante o dia. E a atenção da proprietária é surreal durante todo o tempo ela nos questionou se estávamos bem e como ela poderia deixar nossa estadia melhor. Recomendo - Experiência Incrível

Oi Pessoal, não sou de ficar registrando avaliação, mas essa aqui eu fiz questão de vir avaliar. Desde o primeiro contato até o último dia na casa, foi uma experiência bem legal e nos sentimos bem a vontade para desfrutar do espaço. A casa tem tudo que precisamos para o dia e atendende perfeitamente a necessidade. A qualidade do wi-fi é ótima e não tive nenhum problema durante os 7 dias que fiquei hospedado. Super recomendo para quem quiser ficar de boas, com a família, fazer um churras, curtir uma piscina, pegar uma praia, tomar um café da manhã olhando a natureza e a noite ainda ver um bom filme na tv.

Dias de muita tranquilidade e decanso

Passamos dias incríveis na casa da Roberta! A casa é extremamente aconchegante, decoração de muito bom gosto, totalmente equipada com eletrodomésticos e utensílios de cozinha, colchões muito confortáveis. O jardim é incrível e dá para uma mata preservada. Ao chegarmos fomos recebidos com um delicioso bolo de banana, nos surpreendendo pela gentileza! Precisamos trabalhar nos dias em que nos hospedamos e a internet funcionou perfeitamente bem. Também mantivemos contato com a Roberta durante toda a estadia, sempre muito atenciosa e preocupada com os detalhes para que nos sentíssemos bem. A praia não fica próxima, mas é possível ir de carro até lá. Por ser maio, a praia estava totalmente tranquila e limpa. Com certeza voltaremos em um oprtunidade próxima! Obrigada Roberta!
