The floor to ceiling glass windows of the living room afford wonderful views of the water and even stretch out as far as Bamburgh Castle and Holy Island on a fine day. Open up the door and head out onto the balcony to breathe in the fresh sea air. Nearby is the centre of Berwick, you can walk directly there from the property and explore the independent shops and cafe down the cobbled streets Waterfront is a three-storey Grade II listed townhouse with a rich and interesting history - once a whaling house and then serving as a small maltings for Berwick and then becoming a home for sail making, this pierside building has now been refurbished once more into 12 upmarket townhouses. Many of the rooms have views out to sea and on the other side of the property is a detached communal 'secret garden' hidden away, take the stairs up on top of the next building for some mind blowing views! Not ideal for young children but a wonderful outside space to sit in the sun with something cool and fruity and a good book.
