With easy access to ski slopes, hiking trails, mountain biking, and close to Lake Superior, this condo is ideal for those looking to experience all that the UP and Powderhorn has to offer. Newly renovated, this unit boasts amenities such as a fully equipped kitchen, Ski storage, wifi, and more! Space for ATVs or Snowmobiles. Mountain views from the private balcony or cuddle up by the fire pit.
Other Things to Note:
✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $40 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

Fall Colors

Beautiful Fall Weekend in UP
This was my second annual trip to the UP to see all the fall colors, Lake Superior, and other hiking trails. A beautiful place that was enjoyable to visit and had a nice place to come to every night! The Lupinedorf condos were very cute and clean and made staying there feel like a home rather than another hotel room. Hoping to come again for year 3!
