Typ Dachsbau - Four Bedroom Resort, Sleeps 8

This holiday park is situated in the mountains of the High Sauerland Untervalme, 20 km from Winterberg and 32 km from Willingen. The cozy and newly renovated rooms are right on the edge of a forest. You can choose one of 10 houses built in 4 different styles. Discover the beautiful nature and environment along the fantastic trails. You can swim or fish in many of the rivers and lakes. For winter sports there are numerous cross-country ski trails and facilities within reach. The complex has a place for barbecuing and a playground / lawn for the children. In short, a small park in a beautiful environment!

The apartments have an idyllic location, a private entrance and a terrace or balcony. The three story 'Dachsbau' house can accommodate up to 8 persons and has a total floor space of approximately 80 m2. The living room is located on the ground floor and contains a large sofa, a dining table and a cozy inglenook. The kitchen is equipped with 4 electric hot plates (so you can prepare delicious meals), a refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker and oven. Ample cutlery, glasses and utensils are available. The neat bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. There is a storage room for bicycles. On the 1st floor there are 2 separate bedrooms each furnished with 2 double beds; a bedroom with a bunk bed; and a bedroom furnished with 2 single beds, where 1 bed in the attic is accessible by a wooden staircase. Attention! Price for the weekend is valid from Friday to Sunday (8:00pm) If you would like to stay until Monday, you can book it as an extra service.
A washer and dryer (use for a fee) is available for all guests regardless of housing type. It is located in a separate building.

Families will enjoy a visit to Fort Fun Abenteuerland amusement park with over 40 attractions (just 7 minutes away), or the Lagunen-Erlebnisbad in Willingen (33 km), which promises fun for all ages with features like whirlpools and a wild water pool.

The region is also a hotspot for outdoor enthusiasts. With 180 km of marked trails, it’s ideal for hiking and mountain biking. Cyclists, too, will feel right at home in this two-wheeled paradise. Don't miss the chance to explore the picturesque nearby towns, known for their half-timbered houses, such as the spa town of Bad Arolsen or Kassel, rich in art and culture.

In the winter months, the area transforms into a snowy retreat. Near Valmetal, you'll find several winter sports resorts, including Bödefeld-Hunau, located on the northern slope of the Hunau. The most renowned ski areas—Winterberg and Willingen—offer a variety of slopes for every skill level, from beginners to seasoned skiers.

The ski resort of Winterberg is just a 15-minute drive from the holiday cottages.

The weekend for 2 nights applies to Sunday 16:00 PM.

The houses are set idyllically at the forest and on the course of a stream.
All houses have a private entrance and patio, balcony or courtyard with a lawn.
Children's playground, soccer field, barbecue, lawns available.
Garden furniture and barbecue are available in every house.
Travel cot and high chair available.
Satellite - TV, safe available.
The kitchenettes are equipped with sink, water heater, refrigerator, 4 electric hot plates, upper and lower cabinets, coffee maker, pots, dishes, cutlery and glasses.
The houses have electric heaters.
All beds have a spring mattress with a size of 200 x 90 cm. Pillow Size 80 x 80 cm and bed quilt size 200 x 135 cm.
Please bring with yourself linens and kitchen towels.
For a fee of € 10, - per person- bed linen (pillow, duvet cover and mattress cover), available.
Washing machine €4 per wash, use of dryer €4 per wash
The final cleaning is included in the prices. You only have to leave the house broom-clean.
Dogs are allowed on request- 8,- € per night per dog.
Shops are located nearby.
