LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION. You will enjoy easy access to the beach, bay, State Parks and surrounding towns of Bethany Beach, Dewey Beach, Rehoboth Beach and Ocean City. This ocean block property features 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, outside shower, 5 decks, charcoal grill and more. The main floor (middle level) features an open concept floor plan. Large living, dining and kitchen area with decks on each end. Off the kitchen is a powder room and balcony with bay views. Off the living area is a large deck for your outdoor enjoyment. On the lower level, you will find the other 3 bedrooms including the master suite. Every bedroom has a balcony. On the top floor you will find the children's suite. There are two pyramid bunk-beds, (twin on top and full on the bottom), a bathroom, a TV and DVD player. No smoking.
