The community offers a private walkway to the beach, and one of Delaware's fine state parks is just a short distance away. You'll also be just a quick drive from Bethany Beach for casual or fine dining, strolling on the boardwalk, or shopping. The stairs in the foyer take you up to the main level. The kitchen, living room, and dining area are on this floor, along with a powder room and one bedroom. There is also a deck with seating and a table for alfresco dining. The next level has the primary bedroom with its own terrace and a bathroom with a spa tub. This level has an additional bedroom with a deck and another full bathroom with a shower. There is a laundry area with a washer/dryer on that level. The top floor has a bedroom with a private deck.
