Great House and Location for our Family Gathering
The house is spacious and accommodating for our large group, including a large dining table and plenty of sofas - things that some large beach houses lack. It’s so close to the beach that we could take the young children back and forth easily.

Overall, this house is a wonderful vacation spot for a large group. Location is outstanding, block away from beach and downtown Bethany Beach. The rooms and common areas are spacious
The only disappointment is the large non/HD TV in the main common area is old, often didn’t work and should be upgraded to meet the standards of this beautiful home.
I would highly recommend this home for any and all. The realtor was highly responsive making all aspects a great experience.
