Nice condo in Sea Colony
This place was a good beach condo for my family of four. It is right next to pickle ball courts and the sea colony playground. The condo was very clean and sheets and towels were included. The deck was also very nice. Only hiccup was that the outdoor shower didn't work, the maintenance folks came to fix it, but it took about 48 hours.

Sea Colony- a hidden gem
The place was perfect for our stay. I was thankful to have a handheld shower wand in one of the tubs. The enclosed outside space was also perfect. Thank you for allowing us to rent your space.

Place was nice but surprised that there was a large amount of direct/dust on fans, registers and light fixtures. One toilet was loose and when you sat on it it moved.
