This multi-level Bethany Beach cottage offers a clean and original style! Level one offers a living area, a kitchen with a large table, a laundry area, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and an enclosed porch. Level two offers a bedroom, a loft, and a bathroom. You'll also have an outdoor shower for spritzing away the sand after a day at the beach.

Rustic Beach Cottage

The Sanderling house was built in the 1920’s and still retains a lot of the original rustic charm. Not much has been updated but I personally love the retro vibe. The kitchen is stocked with about everything you could need for preparing meals. The bathrooms are quite small and only the upstairs one has a stand up shower. The downstairs bathroom has a tub with a handheld shower head. The front screened in porch is a nice spot for morning coffee, afternoon drinks, and people watching. The back deck is great for a barbecue and there is a small grassy area where we enjoyed sitting in the shade of a tree. We were surprised by how quiet the area was considering how close it is to the boardwalk and shops. It was great to be able to walk just a block to the beach.

Great 2022 Beach Memories Made Here!!

I was a bit nervous to use this company as I never heard of Vrbo/Vacasa, but everything was just perfect. The home, although an older home, was absolutely lovely; everything we needed was here!! Not just this Grandmom saying this, but my daughters with young children, too. Very close to the beach without crossing a major highway, pretty quiet. This rental home added to a perfect week for this family. Thank you!
