Featuring a beautiful kitchen with stainless appliances, granite countertops and plenty of space for cooking, dining and entertaining. Spend time with family and friends in the open first floor great room with a wood buring fireplace to warm up by after a day on the slopes. Take in the views in the comfortable outdoor hot tub or relax and unwind in the large upstairs primary suite with a beautiful tile shower. Great view
Great location beautiful view. Everything was great except we could not use the hot tub the first night. There’s plenty of room for guests. It would have been nice to have one other bedroom with out a bunk bed so the other adult that was staying with us could’ve stayed on a regular bed.

The Perfect Place
We loved everything about this property. They had everything we needed and more. Beautiful views from the porch and close to the cute little town of Bethel. Would definitely recommend.

Cozy, high end ski home
The house was amazing, kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and pans, the beds and bedding were extremely comfortable, the hot tub was clean and just perfect with the view of Sunday River and surrounding mountains after a long day of skiing, the first floor was perfect for the kids to play pool and video games. Excellent proximity, to Sunday River and downtown but quiet and tranquil. Home is just gorgeous all around. We had two families, and did wish there was one more bedroom with only one queen bed for the other set of parents but otherwise the house was perfect and we'd love to go back.
