This charming property features 1 queen bed and your choice of 2 configurations; twin beds, or a large comfy king. 1 full bathroom with a shower, and tub with convenient amenities like a washing machine, dryer, AC, and WiFi, with TVs in every room. Nestled in a tranquil setting, this awesome house is a great place to call homebase while you're away. This beautiful property has had an entire home renovation, brand new central A/C and flooring. It has a fully fenced in yard with a large back patio fully shaded by gorgeous oak trees which are amazing for bird watching or just relaxing. The property is conveniently located close to all kinds of adventures from swimming with manatees, 20 minutes from Crystal River, and Ocala National Forest. We are also only 4 minutes from Beverly Hills community park and Central Ridge skateboarding park. Looking for more stuff to do we are 15 minutes to Hernando Beach Park and boat ramp which is on Tamala Apopka Lake and 26 minutes from the amazing Rainbow Springs State Park. A little further of a drive, 45 minutes to the famous mermaids of Weeki Wachee. Lots of local restaurants and close by shopping for all your needs! We look forward to your visit and know you will enjoy your stay, as our guests!
