The Peninsula Group - accommodation in Beverly Hills

The Beverly Hills Boutique Hotel is very chic. It's very clean and polished. The desk clerk was professional and kind. I feel that the $40 parking fee is excessive and probably should be comped as there is no complimentary tea/coffee, water, snacks or breakfast. My room was nice and clean but cold and I tried to use the remote to warm up the room but unsuccessful. The television has limited channels and doesn't get loud enough to really hear it. I did call for room service, an extra blanket and it was brought up quickly. All in all I did enjoy my short stay and would stay again and even refer to family and friends but just wanted to speak of my experience and give opportunities for improvement.

It would be helpful to state the breakfast credit for gold members is limited to 95 dollsrs

Staff is great and location is very ideal. Lots of walking nearby. Rooms are musty, there is no fan in the bathroom and the sink doesn’t touch the wall so water can go on the floor. No full length mirror in the room. There was no safe in the room and we had to get house keeping to come install one which was very inconvenient. The rooftop was amazing views and the pool and loungers were awesome. The pool floor was pretty dirty but it’s an outdoor pool. The drinks and service at the pool were a great way to relax
