It is located on the 3rd floor of a beautiful Haussmannian building secured by intercom in the city center (opposite Palais Congrès & Mercure **** hotel) 130m from Paul Riquet alleys, the historic center and Poets Park, 1km from the center cinema and train station shopping and 15km from the beaches. The apartment is composed of a living room with open fitted kitchen, 1 bedroom suite with integrated bathroom.
The location of the apartment allows you to easily discover our beautiful region because of its proximity to the A75 and A9 motorways, and the beaches of Marseillan, Cap d'Agde, Grau d'Agde, Tamarissière, Valras, Vias, Sérignan, Vendres, Portirages but also towns and villages with a superb historical heritage like Pézenas, St Guilhem le Désert, Roquebrun..and very beautiful wine estates ..
