Bon séjour, personnel agréable. Résidence calme, village trÚs sympathique à deux pas. Dommage logement le long de la petite route trÚs passante le matin à 8h par des camions. Animation moyen, si vous venez pour cela je ne recommande pas. Par contre la visite autour de la region je recommande +++ Possibilité de réserver vos vienoiseries pour 9h.

PrĂ©vu Nous Ă©tions 3 et nous avons rĂ©servĂ© un duplex pour 4. Celui-ci n'avait que la porte d’entrĂ©e comme ouverture . On devait se partage un seul ventilateur qui brassait Ă  peine l’air. SĂ»rement trĂšs pratique en hiver mais Ă©tant au mois d’aoĂ»t c’était juste compliquĂ© la nuit avec la chaleur Ă©touffante. On a eu la surprise aussi d’ĂȘtre privĂ© de la piscine car nous n’avions pas de slip de bain comme prĂ©vu au rĂšglement. Bref on Ă©tait heureux de rester qu’une nuit. Heureusement aussi qu’on avait notre gel douche car il n’y en avait plus.

En arrivant sur place avec ma petite famille, on apprend que notre réservation a été annulée pour cause de sur-booking depuis 2 jours, sans nous avoir prévenus... La centrale d'achat Expédia remet la faute sur Vacancéole, et inversement! Beau partenariat entre ces deux-là au détriment du client. Avec aucune proposition de solution, si ce n'est un remboursement : scandaleux!

allez y si vous voulez moi j'en viens!!!

A notre arrivĂ©e les clefs qui devaient se trouver dans le coffre Ă  l'accueil n'y Ă©taient pas, j'appelle donc le gardien pour qu'il me donne l'enveloppe avec le la carte et les clefs(qu'il ne trouve Ă©videmment pas!) et lorsque enfin je me prĂ©sente au bungalow N°30 qui m'a Ă©tĂ© attribuĂ© une famille de de sud- amĂ©ricain a dĂ©jĂ  Ă©lu domicile avec les clefs qui m'Ă©taient destinĂ©e! Je fais intervenir de nouveau le gardien le temps de rĂ©gler le problĂšme ma compagne et moi mĂȘme attendons encore une fois dans le froid ce qui me vaudra par la suite une pneumopathie... Finalement je me vois attribuer un nouvel hĂ©bergement qui n'a Ă©videmment pas Ă©tĂ© chauffĂ© au prĂ©alable donc aussi glacial que le regard lancĂ© par les clandestins qui ce sont vu expulser du prĂ©cĂ©dant bungalow puisque la rĂ©servation Ă©tait Ă  mon nom! La nuit se passe tant bien que mal et une derniĂšre surprise nous attend sur le parking au petit matin : une profonde rayure sur la porte avant de la voiture d'environ 40cm rĂ©alisĂ©e non accidentellement avec un objet contendant. je signale l'incident toujours au gardien qui me rĂ©pond en me brandissant le rĂšglement stipulant que tout dommage causĂ© sur le parking de la rĂ©sidence n'engage pas sa responsabilitĂ©! Des poursuites sont en cours et je laisse le libre arbitre aux personnes qui souhaiteraient passer un sĂ©jour chez VacancĂ©ole au domaine d'EnsĂ©rune 34440 Colombiers!!

Un logement presque insalubre, de la moisissure, de trĂšs nombreuses traces noires sur les murs, de la poussiĂšre partout et les poignĂ©es et rampes collantes c’est rĂ©pugnant! À ce prix c’est une honte! C’est trĂšs dommage car l’accueil est gĂ©nial. Annie qui se trouve Ă  l’accueil est au top, super gentille, comprĂ©hensive mais clairement dĂ©munie face Ă  nos demandes. Le pire dans tout cela est le fait qu’hĂŽtels.com n’a rien fait face Ă  mon signalement Ă  mon arrivĂ©e en me signalant que ce n’est pas une raison pour ĂȘtre reloger ou mĂȘme annuler. Bel endroit sans Ăąme

Un bel endroit agrĂ©able prĂšs du canal du midi accessible Ă  pied. Les logements sont spacieuses, confortables et bien organisĂ©s. La piscine est un peu juste pour l’ensemble de la rĂ©sidence et devient bruyante et il semble manquer une autre petite piscine pourtant visible sur le site.. malheureusement pendant notre sĂ©jour nous avons constatĂ© un manque de propretĂ© que ce soit Ă  la piscine avec des transats sales et des personnes habillĂ©es complĂštement dans l’eau
 et aussi dans le logement qui a Ă©tait mal nettoyĂ© et nous avons retrouvĂ© des vieux tapis abandonnĂ©s au bout du jardin. Les Ă©quipements sont parfois usagĂ©s
