I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The check-in process was smooth and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, especially the bed. I also appreciated the quiet atmosphere at night, which made it easy to relax. It was a lovely stay. Very convenient for commuting. The room was clean, comfortable bed and friendly staff. We can’t worked out the AC. Why should I help Expedia, last time I stayed in Hawaii in a $600 per day villa; it was just a 30 yr old apartment, noisy upstairs, away from everything and Expedia was extremely unhelpful. Now about this ibis place , new and next to T2 tram into city, good breakfast included. Would recommend
