Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Did not stay as the property could not offer me a room of the type that I had booked. More importantly, they had no clue that the reservation has been done at all. They offered me a room without a toilet and said that I was welcome to use their staff toilet. So I was essentially turned out. Never expected Expedia to list such a property on their website. Shall seriously keep this in mind next time.
