La Casucha offers a high standard of comfort with an exterior not overlooked, perfect to chill out anytime of the day.
Passed the gate, different outdoor spaces are available to you : an covered dining area and its large bench with plancha, a relaxation area with artificial lawn and deckchairs and an outdoor shower ideal after surfing sessions.
On the ground floor, the entrance leads to a spacious lounge area around a functional fireplace and an high-end kitchen with central island.
As an extension, a corridor leads you to :
- A first double bedroom with wardrobes
- A TV /sitting area that can also turn into an extra bedroom (King Size Bed)
- A shower room with Hammam and laundry room
- A separate toilet
The first floor is accesible by a wooden staircade where two bedrooms are fitted out:
A double room 160 and a second room with two single beds (80x2) that can be transformed into a double bed
They share a bathroom and a separate toilet.
