Paradise by the sea

Sylvie was so nice. She met us at our unit. She provided us with milk, bread, meats and an amazing cake. Beautiful place. Perfect location. If we could move there forever, we would. Thank you for the best vacation ever!

Fantastic location, superbe appartement

We stayed here for 1 week with 2 other couples, location is ideal, you can exit towards the beach and walk over to the water in less than a minute. If you exit towards the town you can walk to the marche in 10 minutes. Great view of the beach and the promenade. The living area is beautiful with very high ceilings and ample space to sit down for dinner and mingle with views on the ocean. The large kitchen has all the amenities you would expect and more. This is unique in Biarritz. It was also very convenient to have the parking right below. Bedrooms are very spacious and quiet.

Amazing spot right on the Grand Plage!

Sylvie was a lovely hostess and very responsive. We really enjoyed our time in Biarritz and recommend Sylvie's place highly!!! Plenty of space to spread out, with two full bathrooms. Lots of cute restaurants within walking distance and the kids got daily surf lessons less than 5 minutes walk down the beach. A great vacation spot!

The Location Simply Couldn't Be Better

This place is situated right on the Grande Plage between the casino and Hotel Du Palais. The location is smack in the middle of where someone could want to be. There are two entrances to the building and one of them dumps you right on the beach. The unit itself is the same as the photos. There are three full bedrooms and a fourth sleeping area that is kind of by the entrance to the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. There is no central AC but the air flow in the place is an absolute 10/10. There are also fans provided for each room. The host Sylvie, was incredibly communicative. She responds very quickly and greeted us when we arrived. This is probably a $2 million+ place and I would 100% stay there again.

Great Apartment

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. It was spacious, well equipped and stylish and comfortable. The location at the beach and close to the city is excellent and the parking place was very helpful. Sylvie was always helpful and a very nice person. We are planning to come back!

Apartment mit Flair und top Lage

Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war sehr herzlich und sie war stets bemüht uns den Aufenthalt angenejm zu machen. Die Schlüsselübergabe klappte problemlos, sogar Lebensmittel und Kaffeekapseln für ein petit dejeuner waren von ihr gestellt. Ingesamt sah alles gut aus, allerdings mussten wir erst die Schränke auswischen und einige Gegenstände z.B. Backofenbleche waren dreckig, deshalb der Punktabzug. Auf jeden Fall hat das Apartment auch durch die vielen Kunstwerke Flair und die Lage und Aussicht sind fantastisch. Ganz besonders dankbar waren wir, dass wir nicht schon um 10 Uhr den check out machen mussten, da unser Flug erst nachmittags war. Zum Glück gab es keine direkten Nachmieter. Herzlichen Dank für eine schöne Zeit.

Vaste appartement idéalement situé face à la grande plage de Biarritz et proche du centre-ville.

Appartement chaleureux et très bien adapté aux familles avec un emplacement idéal. L’accès à la plage est direct (surf et baignade) et l’accès à tous les commerces et restaurants est également à proximité. On peut oublier la voiture le temps du séjour. La propriétaire est adorable et nous avons passé un excellent moment !

Points positifs Très bon accueil de la propriétaire toujours soucieuse de la satisfaction de ses locataires Belle vue sur la mer et bonne localisation de l’appartement dans Biarritz Pièce principale grande et agréable à vivre Chambres calmes et bonne literie Points négatifs Seules deux pièces sont vraiment des chambres sur les 4 auxquelles on peut s’attendre à la lecture de l’annonce. Pas assez de vaisselle pour le nombre de personnes pouvant être accueilli dans l’appartement Chaudière capricieuse mais il s’agit là probablement d’un phénomène ponctuel Parties communes vieillottes

Super appartement qui correspond exactement aux photos! Belle vue sur la mer et de magnifiques couchers de soleil. En plus l’appartement est tres agréable à vivre, spacieux et tres belle décoration. Je le recommande a tous ceux qui veulent découvrir cette region. Cerise sur le gâteau Sylvie est tres sympathique et pleine d’attentions! Tout était prévu pour le petit déjeuner! J’espère y revenir bientôt.

"Ecrin sur mer"

Au coeur de la ville à quelques pas de magnifiques promenades en bord de mer et des échoppes pour gourmets. Déambulant dans l'appartement à chaque fois saisis par les mouvements de la grande bleue et baignés dans une décoration soignée et très inspirée servie par des beaux volumes. Une belle ambiance.
