Exclusive Tuscan Villa with Private Pool – Sleeps 16

Welcome to Casale Chiesina, an authentic 18th-century Tuscan villa reserved exclusively for one group at a time. Surrounded by three hectares of nature in the Casentino valley, it offers approximately 360 m² of interior space over two floors: a private place to slow down and experience Tuscany in complete freedom. The villa has six bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, and comfortably accommodates 12 guests. Five bedrooms have double beds; the Glicine room has two single beds that can be joined and prepared as a double upon request. Four additional sleeping places can be arranged using folding beds and convertible poufs, bringing the maximum capacity to 16 guests. The price is for the exclusive use of the entire property, not per person. Throughout the stay, the villa, seasonal private swimming pool, garden and outdoor areas are entirely at the guests’ disposal. Spend your days by the pool, enjoy outdoor lunches, use the barbecue and relax during peaceful evenings in the Tuscan landscape. A fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, washing machines and private parking make both short and longer stays comfortable. Casale Chiesina is ideal for families, groups of friends and small sports groups seeking privacy, nature and an authentic side of Tuscany, away from mass tourism. Bibbiena, Poppi, the Casentino Forests National Park and numerous cycling and walking routes are within easy reach. Florence and Arezzo can also be visited on day trips. Upon request and at an additional cost, the stay can be enhanced with personalised services and experiences arranged through selected partners: a private cook or chef at the villa, private dinners, wine tastings, cooking classes and bike tours. Availability, arrangements and prices are agreed separately according to the group’s needs. Casale Chiesina is not a hotel or a shared property: for the entire stay, it will be your private home in Tuscany.
