This elegant and light-filled 170 m² villa can accommodate up to 8 people, offering a cosy living space, a modern kitchen and a magnificent outdoor area with a peaceful natural swimming pool. Perfect for a holiday with friends or family, combining relaxation and the great outdoors.
The ground floor of the villa is air-conditioned, whilst the bedrooms upstairs are fitted with fans.

- A large living area with an open-plan kitchen leading into the lounge/dining room, featuring sofas and a large dining table seating 8 people.

The villa is situated 1 km from Pavillon Royal beach, accessible on foot or by bike, 3 km from the Côte des Basques in Biarritz and 200 m from the supermarket.
