Charming pet-friendly guest house in Biddeford

Our guest house was created with small groups and families in mind. The open concept of the house allows for your group to all be present with each other during your stay.

There is a fully stocked chef's kitchen that includes a microwave, stove, toaster, Keurig, dishwasher and a full size refrigerator. There is bar seating for two people off the kitchen island.

There is ample seating in the living room with a couch, a futon and a bean bag chair. The couch includes a full size memory foam pull out, and the futon doubles a sleeping area as well. There is a 58" Roku TV that is mounted on a swivel bracket so you can adjust it as needed. The living room is also equipped with AC. Staying in? Peek inside the ottomans to find board games and a deck of cards to keep you busy!

The bedroom has a queen size memory foam bed, and linens will be provided for you. There is plenty of storage with a closet and a dresser available for your needs. AC and a 32" Roku TV are there for you to unwind after a busy, adventurous day!

You will find a full bathroom already stocked with towels, mini soaps, and a blow dryer. We will always ensure that you have plenty of toilet paper and paper towels supplied as well. A washer and dryer is available for you to use during your stay!

As owners of a cleaning company, we take cleanliness very seriously for all of our guests! The house will always be professionally cleaned and sterilized between all guest stays.

Outside offers parking for 3 vehicles on the paved driveway and a large backyard. Both of these are shared with the main house but feel free to use as you please!

Biddeford, ME is an up and coming tourists destination. In the charming mill district, you can find shops and foodie lovers galore! There are 3 popular beaches within 15 minutes from the house located in Biddeford Pool, Old Orchard Beach and Kennebunk! For a family-fun time, Funtown Splashtown and Aquaboggan Water Park are both located in Saco, and Palace Playland is located in down town Old Orchard Beach! Looking to plan a day trip? Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens, Yorks Wild Kingdom, Maine Wildlife Park, Sebago Lake, Portland and Freeport are all within an hour away! Southern Maine is also home to many light houses, historical landmarks and dozens of other popular tourist destinations!
