Sleeping up to 18 guests across three self-contained cottages, this peaceful retreat is ideal for extended families, retreats, celebrations, or reunions with friends. The property is dog friendly (up to 2 dogs welcome) and baby and toddler friendly, with space for up to 4 travel cots.

Your group will enjoy exclusive use of the site, which includes a large Victorian farmhouse, two cosy character cottages, and a wide range of shared facilities: a spacious dining barn with wood burner (seating 20+), a large games barn, indoor spa and sauna, and a meadow-view hot tub. The land offers lakes, woodland walks, picnic areas, and activities like archery, canoeing, yoga, and massage – all available on request. Perfect for countryside escapes with children, dogs, and all generations in one beautiful Devon setting.
