Amazing location and staff. Our little family, with two kids under 10, had a great time — clean rooms, good amenities. The highlight was the kind, helpful staff — who were always friendly and proactively helpful.
The only knocks on our stay was the long elevator delays due to two elevators being down + they didn’t have enough bikes for us to use … which was odd for a weekday in the non-peak season. Not sure why they promote free courtesy bikes if they don’t have more than 6 total for 200+ rooms.
I’d probably stay here again. The bikes being more readily available would’ve made that a definitely.

"The property was clean and close to all the amenities of Big Bear Lake. The bed was not on a bed frame and the mattress was warned out. It felt like I was sleeping in a canoe. There was no dresser nor closet to put clothes. I had to live out of a suitcase. I will not recommend this place to family ..."
