Bear View Escape, walking distance to the Bear Mountain shuttles and local coffee and sandwich shops. With a newly refreshed exterior, and great location, this home is the perfect mountain getaway.  You cannot miss the hot tub walking up to your cabin. Being a vintage home, you will see when entering, a burl wood breakfast bar and retro kitchen, with newly updated appliances. Including a Keurig coffee machine. The dining area has a rustic style table.

The family room has upper deck access, with a propane barbecue grill, lounge seating and a patio table, great for soaking up the sun. Inside, you will find a wood burning fireplace, two rocking recliners and occasional seating. The large picture windows provide a great view of the woods. Watch your favorite movie on the flat screen TV.

Down the hall you will find a seating area, great for reading a book. To the right is a full size restroom, down the hall and to the left are two of the three bedrooms, the first has a twin over full and twin over twin bunk beds with a smart TV and the second has a king. The master suite is at the end of the hall and to the right, with a king size bed and full size restroom.

Downstairs you will find garage access, turned into a game room. There is a pool table, magnetic dart board and an additional table that would be perfect for board games, building a puzzle or a game of cards. With well appointed seating areas, casual decor, paired with amenities, you will are sure to enjoy your stay at Bear View Escape.

Do not exceed the occupancy limit  
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult  occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.

No amplified music 24/7  
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.  

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.  
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

FOR PET FRIENDLY HOMES ONLY, Take your furry friend with you  
Take your dog with you so they do not disturb surrounding neighbors. You will find that Big Bear Lake is very dog-friendly! Please be sure to verify prior to booking that the property does accept pets.

Take trash to dumpster locations  
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.

Fines  
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.  

Eviction  
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In  addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned. Important: Dear Traveler, you will be charged with USD 200 in case you include a Pet in your reservation as a Refundable Damage Deposit for Pets.
