Room looked clean but it was not. The shower liner was orange, the spa was slimy, the floors were sticky and dirty. There was no toilet paper. The light outside was distracting all night as it changed colors and no blackout curtains. Extremely busy and noisy road. I would not stay here again. The only positive was that you could walk to the downtown area easily.

the place had everything we needed, mini fridge, microwave and cooktop with kitchenware, the only issue was the place was poorly cleaned, found hair inside the microwave, bathtub, shower. the "makeup" towel was used and dirty. the plates were also used up. I had to clean almost everything once I got there. surfaces were sticky. im not sure if the bed had bedbugs because I got bitten during the night. some lights didnt work. everything else was very nice we got to enjoy the place anyway. thank you very much!

Couldn’t stay here and they wouldn’t refund me

Accidentally booked this and didn’t realize I didn’t still have the pet friendly filter on. I messaged them right after booking to cancel and get a refund, because I had my dog with me and didn’t know they weren’t pet friendly. They wouldn’t help me. Hotels.com couldn’t help either. Waste of money! I stayed somewhere else.

I had a great time. Jenica was there upon arrive only Because she was cleaning a room, she reassured she was the one I was communicating with on the phone for checking in because this place doesn’t have a main office. AC worked very nice and room and bathroom were very clean. Perfect pricing for last minute reservation. Stayed 3 days 2 nights and would stay again.

Room had blood on the floor, a dirty Jacuzzi, stained sheets, and already used small shampoo bottles. I communicated this and they offered another suite, and I asked where we would relocate to. They didn't respond for nearly 3 hours at which point it was after 10pm and I had already booked another room elsewhere.
