Nice place with a good location. Gym opens kind of late, but it’s nice. Pool and hot tub were nice too. Room was very good accept you can hear the floor above you pretty easily. All and all, really enjoyed our stay. Good value.

We had a great view of Big Bear Lake from our balcony. The resort went up and beyond for my wife's birthday. I had flowers delivered and they made sure they were in our room before we checked in. They also left a nice birthday card for her. Super clean and spacious. We will definitely stay here again

Great place to stay in Big Bear

Great view of the mountains and some lake view. Nice to sit out on the deck and enjoy the view and sunshine. Cozy gas fireplace inside if it’s chilly outside. We are from the Coachella Valley desert so the cool air feels great to us.

The balcony view was scenic, but what I enjoyed the most was how well equipped the whole space was. The hot tub was amazing as well. I’d definitely book a stay again!

Very nice, newly decorated two bedroom full kitchen property. The kitchen equipment is a bit sparse so if you plan on doing much cooking you might want to bring some of your own equipment.

I love that the property has a garage, it's upgraded and close to village to walk for shopping and restaurants. The new building has a view of the lake which is so nice. they should've installed a retractable kitchen faucet though.

The suite was great and the price was amazing. The kitchen is well-equipped. The shower had fantastic water pressure and the bed was very comfortable. The only negative I have is that the kitchen knives were incredibly dull so next time I stay I will bring my own. I plan to stay again!

the value of the room was very good. Loved the floor plan and all the amenities. What I did not like was that when I dropped some water on the tile floor and used a towel to clean it up the floor was very dirty. Also, the furniture was dusty.
