Host is welcoming. I like that Snow Summit is walking distance less than 1 minute away. The area is quiet and there’s a lot of parking space. My negative comment is there’s too many stairs. We have to climb up the stairs to go in the main door, go down the stairs to the bedrooms then from the main door you go up the stairs to go to the kitchen and living room. The carpet is dirty and the faucet was leaking but the manager took care of it right away. Other than that we had a nice time at Big Bear.
