Other things to note
-Please put all your skiing stuff inside the sports room - next to the laundry room
-Please note there are two heat controls. One is in the living room, and the other is in the game room.
-Please note we collect a $300 security deposit for trash situations. We need your help to put the trash into the dumpster and not the enclosure. Animal comes and scatters all the trash, and we get fine from the city. When you check out, please take a picture no trash was left on the premises, and we will return the deposit.
The cleaning company charges us $60 per pet per night. Please contact the host if you have pets.
- Indoor fireplace is not available for use for fire safety reasons.
-Please note that during winter time, furniture outside of the house is covered by snow or ice most of the time. Because of this, our cleaners cannot clean, and we can't guarantee the use of the furniture outside.
-Please put the cover of the hot tub/jacuzzi after use.

PLEASE NOTE:

We have exterior cameras on the property for security and insurance purposes.

The primary renter/guest must be 25 years of age or older. Primary renter/guest is defined as the person reserving and paying for the security deposit/rental fees and is responsible for all guests staying at the property during their stay.

Please note: Our home is equipped with heating only, which is typical for homes in Big Bear. The mountain climate cools off quickly in the evenings — even during the warmer months — so air conditioning is generally not needed or common in the area.

Had a great stay! The cabin was clean and well appointed. It had everything that we needed during our stay. I especially appreciated that the hostess promptly responded to any question or request that I had during our stay. The cabin is also located close to everything, which was great! I highly recommend this cabin for anyone staying in Big Bear.

We were a multi generational family spending some vacay together. The teenage boys really enjoyed the pool table. They had a pool table, TV and bunk beds in an area that could be closed off from the family which they really enjoyed. Enough bedrooms and baths for our family of 7 plus a golden. Amenities were thoughtful. Check in/out was very easy. House is close to the lake and not too far from the village. Hope to stay there again.

Lovely home and convenient location

We are a group of 6 girlfriends who like to hike. Everyone had their own bed and with 5 bathrooms, there were no delays getting out in the morning. Coming back for a rest in the hot tub was delightful! Highly recommend this home.

The house was really cute and in a good area. Inside the house was incredibly Smokey smelling from the nearby wildfires. But we each brought an air purifier which helped. Even know this house fits more people we only had 8, and were not provided any extra toilet paper or paper towel which was an inconvenience. Good stay

The property is nice, and the location is great, however i had few things to mention and that is why im giving 3 stars. Garbage can was full on the day we arrived, nobody emptied after the previous guest left. Heater was down in half of the house , the host offered to fix it, but only after one night has already passed, im not why the dont chefk it after the guest leave! We paid steep rate, but i dont feel i got what i paid for. Advertising EV charging just to find out that they have a normal plug, 1 m / hr, and they called it EV charging? False Advertising.
