This lower-level condo two bedroom comes equipped with everything you need for a memorable mountain getaway. Located in a Boulder Bay. Just a short walking distance to Boulder Bay Park for fishing, swimming or paddle boarding.

Turn the thermostat to 55 degrees. Do not turn off heaters, may result in frozen pipes. Cabins with a hot tub must have jets shut off, cover on and locked. Wash, dry, and put away all dishes.
Remove all trash and take to the appropriate trash site location. See confirmation for address. Trash removal is the City/County Law and not our rule.
Text us at 909-403-3217 upon departure and leave the name of the cabin. Report any damages or information we should be aware of about the property.

Great location within walking distance of the lake! Each bedroom has its own bathroom, as there is a door that separates the second bedroom and bath from the living area, enabling complete privacy. Configuration worked perfect for us!

Next to Boulder Bay

Quiet location close Boulder Bay. Short walk to kayak rentals paddle board rentals, convenientce store and a restaurant. The unit is older and could use a little freshening up.

No a pleasant stay.

Outside light wasn’t working.No washer or dryer. Small tv with only basic channels. Fair WiFi. People who was above of my condo was so noisy all night. Not coming back. For the price that I paid not worth it.
